Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform — they form a binding agreement between you and gh33.

1. General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply between gh33 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user of this website ("you", "user"). The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

  • "Account" means your registered personal profile on gh33 that allows you to access the platform's services.
  • "Services" means all online gaming, betting, and related digital services provided by gh33.
  • "Bet" means the amount of money placed to participate in any game or event.
  • "Bonus" means additional credits or incentives provided by gh33 subject to specific conditions.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use gh33's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform and participating in any gaming activities. These services are intended for users aged 21 and above only.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination, and any pending balance may be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one gh33 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Security & Safety

It is your responsibility to keep your gh33 username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any unauthorized access by a third party.

  • Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • Always log out after using a public computer.
  • Notify our support team immediately if you notice any unusual activity on your account.
  • Change your password regularly and use a strong password.

gh33 uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. However, since complete security on the internet cannot be guaranteed, we encourage you to manage your account with caution.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted for depositing funds to gh33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds.

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account verification is complete and that any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is suspected of being fraudulent, intended for money laundering, or conducted for any other illegal purpose, gh33 reserves the right to suspend it immediately and investigate the associated account. Balances may be held in such circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met on the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following terms always apply to bonuses:

  • Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined on the same deposit.
  • Your account must be fully verified to claim a bonus.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • gh33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

gh33 is committed to ensuring a fully fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures complete impartiality.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gh33 platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
  • Colluding with other users to influence outcomes.
  • Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the system.
  • Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits multiple times.
  • Participating in any form of fraudulent activity.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game round is left incomplete due to server outages, network issues, or any other technical reason, gh33 will determine the outcome of that round based on the relevant logs and system records. This decision will be considered final and binding.

7. VIP Program

gh33's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

  • Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
  • Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular active play. VIP benefits are provided in accordance with the terms of the relevant tier, and gh33 reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming

gh33 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We encourage all users to play for entertainment and advise against ever treating gaming as a source of income.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gh33 accepts no responsibility for:

  • Loss caused by internet connection issues or failure of third-party services.
  • Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
  • Interruption of any betting or gaming session due to technical issues.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These limitations do not, however, override any applicable legal rights.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Action by gh33

gh33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity.
  • Providing incorrect or false registration information.
  • Extended period of account inactivity.

12.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to fulfill any outstanding wagering requirements and withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding your account or the services, please contact our customer support team first. We will review your complaint and aim to respond within 7 business days.
